Job Profile : Culinary Internship Job Location : Pune, Maharashtra Hiring Companies : 100+ Fine Dining Restaurant Chains Hiring : Starting from September 2020 Eligibility/Criteria : • Students must have letter from College to do Internship • Students from Hotel Management Institutes/Colleges • Good communication skills and pleasing personality Job Responsibility/Description: Here are the Skills & Tasks that an Intern will learn in the Kitchen during their Internship: • Basic Kitchen tasks which include cutting of Vegetables and Preparation of Sauces • Pre-plating dishes. • Portion control. • Helping in the preparation of Desserts and Pastries. • Making sure that Utensils are always clean. • Receiving and Storing of Dry Goods, Vegetables and Meat items. • Sorting and cleaning the Kitchen: Floors, Work Surfaces, Kitchen Equipments. • Prepare one part of a major meal such as an Entrée, Vegetable, Salad or Dessert. • Quantities for serving; measures, mixes, seasons, garnishes and otherwise prepares dish. • Direct subordinates, and/or other helpers in dishing foods, preparing portions, serving, and cleaning work areas and utensils, and personally participates in such tasks when required. • Collect store items as required from the main kitchen. • Report any repair or maintenance needed. • Perform other related work as required.
