Application & Salient Feature Hi-Consistency pulper is connected with dilution pulper. The dilution pulper has a due function of separating the plastics and other foreign material as also dilute the high consistency for stock transfer for further processing. Working PrincipleDouble Drum Thickeners for easy and efficient thickening. A double drum thickener is a thickening machine that works on the mechanism of rolling cylinders called drums. Gravity Thickener - For Pulp & Paper Industry

Working Principle The Gravity Thickener is a compact and virtually maintenance-free, Gravity Thickener can be adjusting according to process conditions such as throughput and inlet consistency. The pulp suspension is fed at a consistency of 0.9 to 2.5% to the inlet chamber into the vat in the same direction as disc rotation. Thickening is capacity ensured by the number of disc installed in the centre shaft. The thickener vat level and outlet consistency which are controlled by thickener speed through VFD. The filtrate is discharged either at one or both shaft ends by gravity, depending on the thickeneer size. Gravity Thickener permits the installation of a large dewatering area at minimum floor space. Refiner Plates - For Pulp and Paper Mill

PARASON Variable Rib Design refiner plates are manufactured using Special Casting & CNC technology to provide the maximum uniformity in the refining zone. Hi-Density Cleaner - For Pulp & Paper Machine

Application Efficient removal of contaminants like sand, glass, chips, pins, etc. from the pulp stock. Working Principles The tangential inlet accelerates the stock to downward centrifugal motion. Due to centrifugal rotation of the rotor, the Impurities with high specific gravity are forced to the outer wall of the cone and downward to collect in a trap. The cleaned stock is discharged from the cleaner through a central discharge pipe from the bottom side. The timer-controlled pneumatic valves operate automatically discharging the contaminants from the Reject chamber. The Reject chamber is provided with connections for flushing water for fiber saving. Application & Salient Feature Low Consistency pulper is connected with Fiber Saver and basically the reject contaminants over the pulper screen plate is treated in fiber saver The Fiber Saver has due function of separating the plastics and other foreign material. Reject Sorter - Pulp & Paper Machine

Parason Reject sorter is non-vibrating, low attrition, totally enclosed reject screen that remove debris in almost dry condition with minimum fibre loss. Parason Reject sorter is designed for handling reject of screening at Pulp mill/Stock preparation stage and to work with waste paper and virgin Pulp line. It is one typical last stage screen to handle last stage coarse screen. The reject sorter with special rotor is fitted with sweeping distributing blades of special hardened MOC. Screen Plate - For Pulp and Paper Mill

Screen plate is used in the screen basket. Screening equipment is an important operational system for pulp processing. Screen plate is situated in pulper. The stator and rotor are placed on the screen plate. Pulper has a rotor inside the machine that grinds and mixes the pulp evenly. The pulp is made of fiber material obtained from trees and other waste material like office paper, newspaper, vegetable fiber, etc. all the fiber is taken to the pulper machine and is cut down into small pieces and mixed with water. The waste fiber contains contaminants, also the uncut fiber is separated with the help of the screen plate. Contaminants may damage the product as well as the machine. It is necessary to separate the contaminants from pulp to get efficient results. Screen plate work as a strainer that separates large, uncut particles from pulp to separate and collect them to other containers. The pulp is passed through the strainer for further procedure. Contaminants stay collected on screen plate and don’t mix with the pulp. Screen plate works continuously into the water. Therefore, it has to be made by corrosion resistance material. The pulp is the main constituent of manufacturing paper, which collects the cellulose fiber from fiber material. Everyday use of paper has increased as the paper is easy to dispose of and does not harm the environment. The pulp is manufactured in tons every day, as the paper pulp is used to make paper bags, paper products, etc. As there is growth in the use of paper, paper industries are also growing.
