Eccentric will press lower plate thus lower plate came nearest to upper plate the dough will get desired size because of the pressing pressure of the lower plate. Half cooked chapati automatically move from pressing plate to roasting oven . After pressing chapati it is pass through three pass (one for first side roasting, 2nd for second side cooking 3rd for puffing of the chapati) oven at suitable temperature.
