1.The capacitor takes heavy-edge metallized Al/Zn film as electrodes and dielectirc; 2.The elements are tight winded by high-velocity winders（High precision automatic winding machine) and canned in aluminum cases.; 3. Refined castor oil is adopted as impregnation agent treated in vacuum and high temperature condition.  4.Those make a more reliable performance and longer lifespan for a capacitor; 5.Meanwhile the second generation of machanical anti-explosion design is selected as blast-proof secure measure for our capacitor; 6.The reliability is more affirmatively enhanced.

The success of the 2.2um polypropylene pilot production shows that Anahui Safe has reached world-class in metallized film coating areas. STORAGE 1. Metallized film should be stored in the original package until its use with temperature 5-35℃ and humidity less than 85%RH. 2. Metallized layer is easily oxidized when exposure to moisture.Therefore,the film should be used as soon as possible when opened. 3. The recommended temperature is 15-25℃ with humidity less than 60%RH after the package is open. 4. With original sealed package,and stored in the above mentioned conditions,the storage time can be as following: Al metallized Film:12 months from the delivered date. Al/Zn Alloy metallized Film:As Zn is relatively unstable,preservation period(from delivery date)depends on the resistacne of the film: ≤10Ω/□: 6months 10-15Ω/□: 3months ＞15Ω/□: 1months PACKING DETAILS Roll films are packed in vacuum plastic bag and heat-sealed with desiccants. Bags are marked with lables of types. The bags are packed in carton cases. The cartons are wrapped in wooden cases or reinforced carton.
